Marzena Michalewska
Director of Design
How have you grown since joining, professionally or personally? I joined the group four years ago and have since been promoted from Lead Designer to Principal to Manager. The company has created an incredible environment for learning and growth and has genuinely helped me shape a career path with real prospects. I have been exposed to like-minded people and had the privilege of collaborating with an amazing team along the way.
When did you first feel like you truly belonged here? From day one. The leadership at neuRealities has always made sure you feel supported right from the start. That sense of being seen and valued never really goes away.
Where do you think this company is headed and why does that excite you? As a UX team, we have the privilege of being directly exposed to our users and SMEs. During usability testing of one of our products, what struck me most was that they share our excitement. They feel the problem we are trying to solve together. Knowing that we are working on something truly exceptional that can make a real difference to how people learn, and work is incredibly motivating. That shared energy between us and the people we build for is what makes this feel like something truly worth being part of.
How does the team show up for each other? A huge part of what we build here is the work environment itself. We are committed to creating a space where everyone feels supported and can bring their best self to work. That means being there for each other, fostering psychological safety and making sure no question is ever a wrong question. Mutual respect is not just a value we talk about, it is something we actively live by every day.
