How have you grown since joining, professionally or personally? Since joining neuRealities, my growth has accelerated dramatically. How does the team show up for each other? This is hands down one of the healthiest team dynamics I’ve ever experienced. People show up with absolute transparency, deep empathy, and a collective mindset. There are no silos; if someone is tackling a roadblock, the rest of the team steps in to lift them up without hesitation. We win as a unit.
