You’ll be guided through a short onboarding module to help you get comfortable with the headset, hand controls, and the digital environment. You’ll then begin the training content at your own pace.

No prior experience is needed. This course is designed specifically for first-time VR users, with clear instructions and built-in support.

Most VR sessions are designed to last between 20–30 minutes, but actual time may vary depending on your familiarity with the content of the module and your pace.

Yes. A trained facilitator and support staff will be available at all times to assist with setup, troubleshooting, and questions during the session.

You’ll use a VR headset (such as Meta Quest or similar) and hand controllers. All equipment will be sanitized before and after each use.

Yes, most VR headsets accommodate glasses. Let the support staff know so they can help you adjust the fit comfortably.

You can remove the headset at any time. Please notify a support person immediately if you experience discomfort, nausea, or disorientation.
