Method for PowerPoint Decks

We start with a MASTER PowerPoint template, either for a new version of our main presentation deck (e.g. a new version referencing a client) or for a blank deck in our style, and invoke the ‘/neuRealities-branding’ Skill as part of the prompt.

We have two MASTER decks;

A MASTER for adaptations of our main presentation about neuRealities and its products, and
A blank MASTER presentation, used for turning new text into our brand style.

Docs & Presentations

Set up your Claude account: for new Docs and Decks

For Word Docs:
You'll need a Claude.ai Pro, Team, or Enterprise account. Then in your Claude settings:

Enable these features (found in Settings → Features):

✅ Code Execution and File Creation — required for Claude to run scripts and create output files
✅ Artifacts — required to view and download generated files

We make Word Docs via the Claude.ai website and download Word files.

Ensuring brand consistency

We use Claude ‘Skills’ to apply prescribed instructions for fonts, colors, graphics and layouts to any document we want to generate.

Skills are shared with the company. Just invoke it in your prompt, see example below.

Word

Get a copy of the Master PPT Decks

Prompting in Claude.ai

With our Claude Skills uploaded and added to your account, prompting becomes simple. Create a new chat, tell Claude you want to use a particular skill by typing “/[skillname]”, upload our Master document and then any Source documents that you would like to use. Tell Claude what you want it to do with the Source materials and to reference the skill and the master document when finalising its output.

Include in your Claude prompt,

invoking the ‘neuRealities-gtm-docs’ Skill
include a transcript, or other materials that you want to format (from a meeting. etc.)
✅ The output (in the example shown) is an outline of the meeting, with collated actions in a Word Doc, in our corporate document style.

Prompting Claude within PowerPoint

Create a new chat and tell Claude you want to use the ‘/neuRealities-branding’ Skill by typing
“/neuRealities-branding”.
Be specific about what you want Claude to do, for example;

Upload a new document and ask Claude to make it look like our brand style, or
Add information in an uploaded document to our main presentation for client ‘X’.

We always want to ask Claude to add Pages to the bottom of the existing PowerPoint presentation; this way, we maintain control over brand consistency.

✅ Search for Claude by Anthropic for PowerPoint from the Microsoft Marketplace:
✅ Activate ‘Claude by Anthropic for PowerPoint’ and log in to Claude via Claude Powerpoint panel. Extended guide for this process here

We make PowerPoint Decks via the PowerPoint desktop App.

Method for Word Docs

We upload a MASTER file and invoke the /neurealities-gtm-docs Skill (or upload the Skill on first use) as part of our prompt. This Skill strips all branding from any existing material and rewrites the generated content in the neuRealities style based on a cloud-stored Master Word Doc.
